With snow, ice pellets and high winds in the forecast, I had seriously considered heading straight home after brunch, but decided to man-up and spent the entire afternoon wandering around Old Montreal, the Old Port and then downtown, up through McGill Campus and around the McGill Ghetto. It wasn’t so bad after all, except for out near the Saint Lawrence, but more on that another time.
Having got back late afternoon and with some errands to run, I decided to just process some of the shots taken along McGill College avenue – well except one I shot in the middle of boulevard René-Lévesque.
The focus was totally out on this next one, but I actually liked the result.
I took a few angles at the corner of avenue McGill College and rue Sainte-Catherine. Despite the weather, there appeared to be a lot of people out doing their last-minute Christmas shopping.
This was just a small sample of the shots I took – even with the weather not being that favourable to taking pictures, I was apparently a bit trigger happy with the amount of shots I uploaded on my return. But at least I have a few in the ‘bag’ to share over the holiday period for when I Don’t manage to get out shooting 🙂
Thanks for stopping by. Until next time.
