Each day seems to bring out more Autumn colours across Montreal, particularly on Mount Royal where the variety of tree species makes for a colourful mix of red’s, yellow’s and green’s. Knowing that the trees will be naked soon for winter I felt I had better make the most of the colour while it lasts and headed up towards the lookout on voie Camillien Houde that provides views to the East of the city.
The final shot for today was an experiment at zooming during the exposure while shooting the tree canopy from below.
Hopefully the colours will be here for a week or 2 more and I can get some more shots from around Montreal of the autumn foliage.
