One sign that winter is at last behind us is when the fountain on rue Prince Arthur is filled and working again. So I was happy to see today that during the last week, the powers to be had removed the wooden winter cover and added a taste of summer to the pedestrianized street.

Unfortunately quite a few restaurants along this section of Prince Arthur have closed or been destroyed by fire and it doesn’t have quite the same atmosphere as it did in the past. Hopefully new restaurants will fill the gaps in the near future.
