First, apologies for the lack of new posts recently. I started a new job at the beginning of November which has meant little time to dedicate to photography or writing. I hope though to make time going forward to at least manage the minimum of at least one post per week.
Although I’ve not been out shooting as much lately, I still have a large backlog of shots to share and will begin by posting a few today.
Today saw the first sign autumn is turning to winter with a light dusting of snow…I did manage to get out and get a few shots – hope it won’t be too long before I get around to posting – although you can always check out my Facebook page if you can’t wait 😉
I thought I might as well continue from where I left off from my last post which included shots taken at the Botanical Garden and the annual Gardens of Light festival.
I recently signed up for membership at the Grande Bibliothèque de Montréal and have visited a couple of times in recent weeks, so today I have a couple of shots taken in the vicinity (and inside) the library.
I particularly like looking down from the upper floors to the main entrance hallway and happened to catch some people walking below following the little yellow direction markers – which I thought made for a nice composition.
Thanks for stopping by. Until next time.
– Martin
