Seems like I keep going back in time recently, Wednesday it was vintage cars, today we were transported back to the 18th century at the Pointe à Callière annual public market.
This is a great event and fun for all the family – particularly given the great weather.
As well as some great food to be tasted, many stalls are there to demonstrate crafts from the time.
Musicians add to the ambiance of a typical 18th Century street market…
Together with quite a few period dress actors roaming the marketplace…
Having just returned from Abitibi, it was good to see the La Sarre 2nd Battalion Regiment on hand…
The market runs until tomorrow, so if you are iin town, well worth heading down to the market – I just wish shopping today was like this.
Thanks for stopping by. Until next time.
