October 8 2012
Following yesterday’s post featuring mainly shots of yellow trees, I decided today to go on the hunt for the color red.
Square Viger that lies between avenue Viger and rue Saint Antoine and East of Saint Denis looks quite different to when I shot it back in February when it was covered in snow.
I would love to see this area given some new life while preserving the structures known as Agora that was designed by sculptor and landscape designer Charles Daudelin in 1976. I could see a weekend marketplace for local artisans doing well here. Maybe the CHUM super hospital being built adjacent to the square will help rejuvenate the area.
Finally…Happy Thanksgiving to all my fellow Canadians 🙂
