Another hot day in Montreal with strong sun and over 30 degrees. As I threatened on Thursday, I re-visited blvd Saint Laurent where the street was closed throughout the weekend for one of the streets’ annual fairs.
Following brunch at Café Cherrier we walked along Rue Prince Arthur where I grabbed a few HDR shots and then up a little way on blvd Saint Laurent to Duluth. The image order presented below is a little backward as I wanted to start (as is usual) with the image of the day.
On the corner of Saint Laurent and Duluth there are a couple of second-hand stores (which I covered in a previous post). In the middle of the road was a polystyrene head (the one used to display wigs, hats etc) which I imagine had escaped from one of the stores. I’ve recently got into watching Dexter on Netflix (still on season 2 but catching up quickly) and the head made be think of the great series. Of course I couldn’t walk by and not snap a pic.
