It really wasn’t a great day to be out taking pictures. Even though I do like it when it rains and you have some great opportunities for capturing reflections almost everywhere you look, I normally like to wait until the rain has at least stopped. I missed the one little break in the rain this morning and ended up being out at its most heavy periods.
There’s a light art and sound installation that incorporates a section of the dancing fountains at Quartier des Spectacles that I thought may provide some photo opportunities (and wasn’t too far from home). On a drier day I would have shot some video to give a better sense of the installation – maybe another time if it’s going to be there for a while.
The rest of the day’s shots were taken along rue Sainte Catherine and in the RÉSO near Peel.
