I was glad that I decided to have a wander along Sherbrooke street this afternoon. Just east of rue Guy outside a gallery I came across a sculpture that had been yarn bombed.
I later discovered that initially there was also a baby carriage, but it wasn’t there today…shame that would have made for a great image đ
I must remember to stop by the sculpture in the near future and grab some shots of it naked.
Unfortunately I don’t know who the artist is (either of the sculpture or the knitter). The last yarn bombing I know about in Montreal occurred in June when part of the John Young sculpture on rue de la Commune was bombed by Polish artist Agata Oleksiak (aka Crocheted Olek) as a farewell to Montreal before she headed back to New York – maybe she’s back!
Further along Sherbrooke street I decided on capturing a few abstract style images of buildings.

Thanks for stopping by. Until next time.
