Project 365 – Day 275: Parc La Fontaine

October 1 2012

It was a bit overcast again today, but at least not raining like yesterday so I managed to grab an hour and take a quick walk around Parc La Fontaine this afternoon.

I didn’t bother taking my tripod with me but managed to get a few handheld stepped exposure shots and process some HDR’s.

The first shot I tonemapped using Photomatix followed by a few tweaks in Lightroom to give it a bit more of a painting look.

There was a lot of squirrel activity in the park today, I guess they are sensing winter is going to be upon us soon and are making a last minute panic gathering of nuts. I saw quite a few white squirrels today, this one was the friendliest of the bunch.
